Cut from postings around mid-December 1994: --- I've tried several HTML editors, including the one noted below. The "best" one I've found so far is HTML Writer, which can be had from the Web at http://wwf.et.byu.edu/~nosackk/html-writer/index.html. (the "HotMetal" editor has a bunch of features not found in the other packages, but I found it was a bit too picky in its (non)acceptance of "proper" HTML.) Try the others, though, as one person's WordPerfect is no doubt another person's NightMare. A good site to start exploring the various HTML editors is http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/Tools/Overview.html. --- The most effective editor I've found, at least for Mac users, is BBEdit Lite shareware with the HTML extensions. It does a great job of 'marking-up' the pages appropriately. They can be found at . Enjoy.
